FANVIEW WAS THERE!

INTERNAL PRESS RELEASE:  JULY 2026

Fanview Hits the Court in North Carolina! 🏀

Fanview in association with www.fanview-phenom.com, recently traveled to North Carolina to connect with Team Williams—the very first East Coast-sanctioned team in Phenom America’s basketball universe!

Our team spent four action-packed days on the ground, capturing as many photos of athletes and coaches as possible.  We also took photos of community members and the youngest coach we have ever seen!   We then focused on creating dynamic portraits and custom profile trading cards designed to elevate the players' personal brands and boost their official online profiles.

Beyond the court, we had the privilege of meeting the incredible coaching staff and local community members. Every single athlete we worked with was exceptionally talented and remarkably humble, a true reflection of the outstanding leadership at Team Williams.

Many thanks to Antwain and Kelly for allowing Fanview access to their "phenomenal" team.  It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Damian 'Ron' Anderson

Coach/Mentor

My name is Damian Anderson, and I am a man of faith, a family man, an entrepreneur, and a mentor who believes that God comes first in everything I do. As the owner of Anderson & Son Transportation LLC, I am committed to providing safe, reliable, and quality transportation services while leading my business with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

Beyond the trucking industry, I have a deep passion for investing in the next generation. Zach Watts

Coach/Mentor

I have been committed to developing young athletes since 2016, using sports as a platform to build character, confidence, discipline, and leadership in the next generation.

I began my coaching journey at the high school level as an Assistant Junior Varsity Basketball and Football Coach. During my first season as a JV Basketball Assistant Coach, I stepped into an unexpected leadership role after our Head Coach suffered an injury and required surgery just three games into the season. I assumed head coaching responsibilities and helped lead the team to an outstanding 18–1 record, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and the ability to guide players through adversity while maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence.

Since 2017, I have continued expanding my impact through AAU basketball, coaching athletes ranging from 14U through 17U and helping players strengthen their fundamentals, basketball IQ, work ethic, confidence, and overall approach to competition. My coaching experience includes programs such as Charlotte Royals, Rod Howard Basketball, and Team Williams.

I am committed to athlete safety and development and have earned certifications in CPR/AED, USA Basketball, and Concussion in Sports.

As a former multi-sport athlete, I played both basketball and football in high school and continued my basketball career for one year at the community college level. While my playing experience helped shape my understanding of teamwork, preparation, and competition, coaching revealed my greater purpose, serving and investing in young people.

I believe coaching is more than teaching sports, it is mentorship, leadership, and an opportunity to serve through faith. My purpose is rooted in God and guided by the belief that every athlete carries unique gifts, potential, and purpose.

My “why” is to help young athletes grow spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally by creating an environment where they feel challenged, supported, and empowered to become disciplined individuals, strong teammates, and future leaders. Through accountability, encouragement, and skill development, I strive to help every player recognize their God-given abilities and gain lessons that extend far beyond basketball and football.

I am passionate about fostering player development and building meaningful relationships. My goal is to help athletes adapt, strengthen their skills, improve performance and endurance, and leave the game with greater confidence than when they started.
